Polymer materials since 50's of the twentieth Century has been widely used in construction, transportation, electrical and electronic, chemical, aerospace and other fields, so that the material is the most widely used. The vast majority ofpolymer materials are poor conductor of electricity, is the origin of accumulation of static electricity, resulting in electrostatic damage.
